Come and experience the tranquility in a comfortable, newly renovated and fully equipped house, just minutes from the beach and the city center. It is in an ideal location overlooking the sea. Ideal for couples and families. It has a bedroom, dining room and in the living room it has a sofa that becomes a double bed. There are all the electrical appliances needed. Parking is easily located in front of the house. It's free and safe.
