A fresh, cozy apartment, right in the city centre. Just a minute’s walk from the beach; the sea is a straight line from the house! Equipped to make your stay pleasant, with attention to detail and respect for hygiene.
Hey! I am Theodoros, you can also call me Theo. I am in my 30s & I am an optician-optometrist. I spend my time between Nea Peramos and Athens, but I do mainly reside in the capital. I was born and raised in Nea Peramos and I belong to one of the oldest families of the area; I know a lot, so ask ahead, I probably have an answer for your queries! I’ve always been a host for apartments, but only long-term. SOLMERA is my first ever short-stay attempt and I am excited about it! I truly hope this project will meet your expectations. Welcome!
One of the main streets of the village, it starts from the sea and ends in the mountain! In the summer it is bustling with life, but as this part is mainly residential, it remains quiet, despite everything being so close by. It is also one of the first neighborhoods to be created, when the place was still a settlement; many of the old, original families still live here.
