Souda Bay View is located in Kalami Chania on the Greek island of Crete. This detached property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 12 people with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with a private swimming pool and sea views. The villa is walking distance to the beach. Living room, dining area, kitchen, and double bedroom with en suite bathroom. 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin), all with balconies. Family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. 100m down from the villa you will find a wonderful little beach. Adjacent to the pool is a self contained apartment with bathroom and a living area. Internal stairs lead up to an open plan double bedroom. (Villa and apartment rented as a whole.)
As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
