BACK TO SIMPLICITY “spitakia” is the Greek word for “little houses” and they are situated by the sea (50m) providing easy access to the famous beach of St. Prokopios (1Km) just 5Km from Naxos town. Fascinated by the beauty of the area and the magical sunset we built 30 years ago with great affection our cottage in a land of 5.000 sq.m. right next to Stelida’s cedar trees. The houses are in perfect harmony with the natural environment while maintaining the authenticity of the landscape. Each house provides all the amenities that you are going to need and you will find in each corner the wisdom and charm of Cycladic traditional architecture. The seaside of the area is consisted of secluded and small beaches and one of them is right after our property’s door downwards the sea. Our estate has also chickens, gooses, vineyard and trees but let us worry about those. Our wish is to be mystified by the simplicity and magic of the Greek summer.
