The first category is Grand Family Room (Duplex Apartments 65 square meters). On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen (with all kitchen utensils), a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, each of which has a large terrace with magnificent sea views and a bathroom. The second category is Family Room Standard on the Ground Floor(45 square meters), which consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area (with all kitchen utensils) and a bathroom. There is also a grand patio, with garden furniture for relaxation, and stunning views of the sea. The apartments have access to their own beach (distance to the sea 120 meters). We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the descent to the sea is quite steep for older people and people with health problems, which may seem difficult! In this case, there is an alternative - this is a public beach, which is within walking distance of 15-20 minutes. Also not far from our apartments there is a developed infrastructure with various restaurants, taverns and bars for every taste and for your convenience there are supermarkets, scooter rental, car rental, a medical center and a bus stop (30 minutes to the city of Kerkyra).
