You can enjoy your privacy while we are at your disposal both before arrival and during your stay. Depending on the time of arrival and upon request, you can have the flexibility by getting your own keys from a key box we have placed in the entrance of our building. In this case, we will be in constant communication for instructions.

The town of Souda is now considered a suburb of the city of Chania and provides a wealth of shops and services. At 300 meters there is a supermarket, and at 100 meters the visitor can find cafes, an oven and a pastry shop. Souda Beach is 800 meters away, where guests can swim. It is only 10 minutes away from the city center and the noise of the city. Chania Airport is 15 minutes away, while Souda Port is just 5 minutes away. Easily accessible are various beaches, archaeological sites, wineries, picturesque villages and areas ideal for walks in nature. Also nearby the visitor can find bowling, cinema and playground. The area is served by frequent bus and intercity services. Parking is free for those who choose to have their own transport. The bus stop is 200 meters from the property, so when you want to visit the center of Chania you can leave your vehicle and take the bus, as finding parking in the center is usually difficult.
