This stone-built two-storey villa with private pool and barbecue has an ideal location, as it is close to the city center, many famous beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, the airport and the local nightlife of the island. It features a newly built pool framed by a paved courtyard, a traditional oven, a barbecue and a garden with season flowers. Around the garden there is the small vineyard of the house. The venue is suitable for family vacations (with or without children) and large groups of friends.

Myself (Vaggelis) and my wife Vassiliki are a couple living in Zakynthos for more than 30 years. Our stone villa is located in a village named Ampelokipoi and it is a newly constructed house built with great passion for the ones who will accommodate. My profession is related to the constructions of stone houses and gardens, while my wife's experience is on hotel services. Our experience on our fields had a huge impact on the design of our house and we are now pleased to host people all around the world who would love to visit Zakynthos and enjoy their holidays on this unique island. Visitors will have their independency in the house. We will be available though at any time in order to help you have a pleasant experience at our place as well as in Zakynthos generally. Our villa is located in Ampelokipoi village, which took its name from the vineyards that surround the village. The neighbourhood reflects the daily life in a greek village and how people interact with each other. Visitors can commute from/to the house either by bus, taxi or their own car. The bus stop is 200m away from the house. Airport is 3km away and the port 3.5km away. The house has also its own parking space, free of charge.
