This mansion is built in traditional Cycladic architecture, featuring high ceilings and curved roofs. It is designed into comfortable and luxurious suites, using carefully selected, eco-friendly materials. The property has been operating professionally since 2016.

Designed as a true representation of Cycladic architecture, the studio features a private jacuzzi and a spacious private balcony, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the island’s mesmerizing scenery.

Our studio, "Yposkafo", is located on Markou Nomikou Street, Caldera, in Firostefani. To reach the studio, first head to Agios Gerasimos Square in Firostefani. Please inform your driver to take you there (approximately 10 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes from the port by car). A free public parking area and a bus stop are available within a short walking distance from the square. Once you arrive, walk towards the Caldera (the sea view). As soon as you reach the front, turn left onto the famous cobblestone street, keeping the sea and the volcano on your right. Walk approximately 250-280 meters (about 4 minutes), passing by the following landmarks in order: Mama Thira restaurant Vallas Apartments The famous Catholic church "Three Bells of Fira" Gaby Apartments Shortly after Gaby Apartments, you will arrive at our property, "Yposkafo". Our house is white and grey (as shown in our photos) and has a sign that reads "Yposkafo" outside. To enter the studio: Go through the main entrance of "Yposkafo", a large grey wooden door. Climb 5-6 steps to reach the courtyard. The studio’s entrance is on the left, as indicated by the signs.
