    “Ευρυχωρο, καθαρό, ανετο, πληρης κουζίνα και συσκευές. Υπάρχουν πολυ κοντα ενα μπαρ, κι μια ταβέρνα. Εχει θερμοπομπους και αιρκοντισιον. Τυχαμε σε κρυο καιρο, αλλα βοήθησαν πολυ οι συσκευες.”

Just an hour from the harbour of Lavrio, it is easily accessible for short getaways as well as longer holidayas, it is an ideal destination for all of you who are looking for a special experience.

The Down Steki house can accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment consists of a large living room with a sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom with a large double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene products. The apartment is elevated ground floor of a two-storey building, with a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view.Note: For more people it can be rented together with the 1st floor (The Top Steki).

The Down Steki House is located in the upper part of Ioulis, the capital of Kea, Just a 10-minute walk from the famous Lion statue. To get to the house, you can go to the upper part of Julis, where there is a public parking lot, walk and go down some stairs, about 8 minutes distance or you can park at the bottom of Julis and walk up.
