Property information

The beautifully renovated stone house from the past century! A 3-bedroom villa, well equipped kitchen, large dining-room and bathroom. Balcony view of the sea and the surrounding nature. In the maintained garden is a large fresh water pool. Enjoy the silence!

Neighbourhood information

The house is in the foothills of the Idi Mountains, near to the ancient village of Eleftherna and across the hills from Margarites, a village noted from olden days to present time as a centre for ceramic arts. The surrounding old stone buildings have the same charm, and in time will no doubt also be carefully brought back to life.
