A 180 sq. m. beautiful villa of traditional architecture and modern facilities with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen in a 11-acre olive-tree surrounded by a paved courtyard and garden with trees and flowers. Situated at a 10 minute drive from many beautiful beaches and the town, the house is build around a 700-year-old olive tree. Most rooms and living room are air conditioned and ceiling fans are also available. Table tennis, badminton and bicycles are available for the guests. It is situated 70 meters away from the main road, in a non-touristic village,
Hello! I live and work in Athens with my husband and my twins. Zakynthos is part of my life, as since I was 1 year old , every summer my family and I would spend most of our holidays there at my grandmother's house. 10 years ago, I built my dream house in Zakynthos, for my family and friends to live as comfortably as we do in our house in Athens in a serene environment full of flowers and trees within an olive grove where we get our olive oil for the year. The name TheNi comes from my two children: Themis and Nikolas!
The estate is situated in a residential village, with mini market, gas stations, casual taverna and butchery available. It is situated 8 kms from town and 7 kms from various beautiful and popular beaches
