Thomais House has been recently fully renovated. Located in Garitsa Bay, one of the most picturesque spots on the island from where you can access the beach in just 200 m and easily reach the amazing historical center of the Old Corfu Town in 1 km. The house which is on the first floor, bright and airy during the day, consists of 3 large bedrooms equipped with AC, a living area, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies. As you enter the house you will come across a lovely private yard decorated with Μediterraneans flowers. Coming to the backside of the house a private garden filled with trees and flowers with a comfortable dining area and a BBQ are here for you to enjoy. Free parking space. The house is located in the historical area of Anemomilos, one of the most beautiful places on Corfu island. Situated next to the Byzantine temple of Iasonas and Sosipatros, approximately 100 m from the coastal road Dimokratias Avenue and the grove of Garitsa filled with trees, where you can enjoy endless walks or bicycles rides. Along the grove you will find restaurants and coffee-bars, satisfying even the most demanding customer, as well as locals supermarkets for your shopping. Only 200 m away, lays the beach of Mon Repo Royals Baths perfect for relaxing and swimming. 400 m. away you will find the palace of Mon Repo, which is ideal for strolls, and relaxation. As you walk through a lush green landscape, listening to birds chirp you will come across a graphic not so well-known turquoise beach. Take the chance and enjoy it. A few meters away you may visit the famous attraction of Pontikonisi with its graphic little monastery of Vlacherena in the Kanoni area.
