The complex consists of 3 apartments that can be book only as one property for complete privacy! Welcome to this charming property where you'll find two ground-floor apartments and a third one on the first floor, accessible via external stairs—all sharing the allure of a private courtyard. The first apartment unfolds across three distinct spaces, offering a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a capacious living room featuring a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Notably, this apartment provides direct access to both the central courtyard and the courtyard with the inviting pool. The second apartment, adorned with a double bed, a compact kitchen for your daily needs, and a fireplace, opens up seamlessly to the central courtyard.
