Right in front of the beach, in a wonderful clear blue sea ideal for children, this beautiful maisonette is located among pine trees and beautiful gardens. The house has a garden with lawn, huge palm trees, a nice stone-built terrace overlooking the sea, a wooden roof, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The house has a living room with a smart tv and Netflix free of charge. A nice fireplace, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms with walk in hydromassage shower, and a new washing machine and can accommodate up to 6 people. The house is located in the area of Gerakini, in a settlement in an olive grove, which overlooks golden beaches and extends from the crystal clear beach to the slopes with panoramic views. It is right in the center of Chalkidiki, the leading vacation destination of Northern Greece.

The neighborhood is unique, green grass, trees, flowers and birds singing each morning waking us up. The complex in which the house belongs to, it generally exudes a sense of security, as the houses (100 in total) are separated by a garden offering privacy and the feeling of the neighborhood. As an addition, in the complex there is a night-watch, throughout the summer. On the site there is a super market in walking distance, also a restaurant with greek and European meals.
