Villa Yalita by "LA VILLA E BELLA" is a stylish cycladic 5BDR summer villa next to the sea, with a private pool: serenity & relaxation in Kea, a Cyclades island full of tastes, culture, trails, archeology, only one hour from Athens. Simplicity, elegance, cycladic aesthetic and unlimited views. And only one step away from Athens, an hour boat trip from Lavrio.
The house has 5 superb bedrooms ( three of them have en suite bathrooms) and ambient outdoor spaces.
On the top level of the villa you will find the living room (with the long dining table) and the fully equipped kitchen.
On the outdoor space of this level there is the sea-water pool (along with chaise longues and a shaded part) and the outside dining area (facing the sea and the sunset). There is also a stone-made outdoor bar and a BBQ.
Then on the lower level, you will find the first four bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The other two share the third bathroom. An additional fifth bedroom is also on the lower level.

Beaches:
A private small idyllic beach is just a 5-7 min drive, which is the closest one to our Villa.
Picturesque Xyla beach is an 12 min drive from the Villa ( about 3,5 km ).
Moreover, beautiful Otzias beach, an organised beach on the way to Vourkari, 9 km away from Villa Beautifis, is roughly a 15-20 min drive.

To get your supplies etc. you will need to visit the port, Korissia, which is a 10 min drive from Villa Beautifis at 3,2km.
In Kea you will discover and enjoy:
- beaches and coves with beautiful clear blue waters
- picturesque villages looking just like postcards; you must visit Vourkari, small marina and fishing port, and Ioulis, the central village, perched on the mountain)
- many taverns where you can eat very well or simply pass time at the water's edge
