It features 3 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, 2 bathrooms, and 2 balconies with plenty of natural light & stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen, garden with BBQ, trampoline, and play tower make it ideal for children. 2 minutes from the center, with access via a short uphill unpaved road and private parking. Friendly pets live in the yard. The house is set on a 3,000 sq.m. plot, surrounded by a garden with a trampoline and BBQ. It offers two fenced parking spaces, one at the front and one at the lower side. The bedrooms have ceiling fans with remote control, while the open-plan living room and kitchen area feature air conditioning for comfort and coolness.
