Welcome to Villeni – a cozy holiday apartment on the top floor of our family home in Oktonia, Euboea. Perfect for couples, families or friends, it accommodates up to 4 guests and offers stunning views of the village, hills, and the sea all the way to Kymi. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and includes one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two single beds. The bathroom is accessible through the bedroom. The balcony and terrace provide beautiful views of the village, valley and Aegean Sea. Amenities include Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, TV, coffee machine, fresh towels and bedding. A private parking spot is available. While there’s no kitchen, within walking distance you’ll find local taverns, a bakery, a café and a small supermarket. A highlight: Your host Eleni prepares a fresh breakfast every morning, made with local ingredients – the perfect way to start the day. Eleni lives downstairs and will personally welcome you, offering helpful tips and attentive support. The area is quiet and great for walking, exploring, or cycling (bikes not provided). Villeni is your authentic, peaceful retreat in Greece, away from mass tourism – with nature, warmth and panoramic views.

Hi, I’m Eleni – I was born and raised here in Oktonia, but I lived in Germany for over 30 years. Now I’ve returned to my roots and truly enjoy hosting guests from all over the world at Villeni. I love life, dancing, being creative – and especially cooking with fresh, local ingredients. Every morning I prepare a heartfelt breakfast for my guests.
