The Venetian Villa is vernacular architecture two-storey villa, built with large 5m arches from the Venetians at the end of the 13th century (1380 a.d.) as oil and wine warehouse in Kolympa position ( had many waters) in Kalamitsi Alexandrou, Approximately 1800 made there and the central square of the village. The Villa features a cistern water pool depth 20meter down. In the war the Cretans ekriban WEAPONS within it. It was renovated in 1920 by engineer Michelakaki using the first time in the history of Crete cement technology. Last was completely renovated with great taste that lasted 7 years 2008-26 from traditional artisans Greeks and Italians By 2018 we have the ability to provide traditional breakfast in the Villa or in the restaurant, Kolympos as well, or and with Half board, or Full board or All inclusive . The Villa has great privacy with terrace, closed yard and it is away from all others, But so close for any trip or any beach of Chania and Rethymno. Welcome at your Crete Home
