Verano house is a newly built and fully equipped apartment which is designed to offer low-cost and high quality vacations in Chalkidiki. The ground floor apartment has garden access, so it is an ideal place for families with small children or group of friends. The location is in short distance from Thessaloniki and airport (30 min), as well as from various beaches (5-10 min by car). It is also a suitable base for those who want to visit every day different places in entire Chalkidiki.
My name is George and I am the host of the apartment as well as the architect who designed the whole residence complex. I designed this house with my daughter's help with love and focus on details. Our priority is to offer to all the guests a comfortable and a pleasant stay. We hope you will enjoy it!
A quiet neighbourhood in Nea Triglia village. 1 minute away from the main square and shops, 5-10 minutes away from the beach. There is no parking problem in the area, there are a lot of free parking spots on the street outside the house. You should use your car to go to nearby beaches or shopping.
