On a plot of 1000 square meters on a main road with a stone fence, the two-storey maisonette is built, the ground floor is 110 square meters, single space and with an internal staircase we are led to the floor 90 square meters with very nice views of the sea and sunrise, sunset ,and Yukhtas. Green and lush surroundings with trees, palm trees, flowers, jasmines, night flowers, with dining tables in kiosks, will make your stay unforgettable. Cool, bright, clean, comfortable, quiet, enjoyable .

It is a sparsely populated area, it has a nice view, it is a high place and at 100 meters you will find Pharmacy, super market, butcher's shop, grocery store, kiosk, gas station and just 2 km the Venizelio Hospital, In the village square 300 meters from the house you will find traditional cafes and taverns with exellend traditional dishes. Close are the villages Ag Syllas ,Syllamos, Archanes, Knossos. Very close to the center of Heraklion 7 km distance, and also the beaches of Amoudara and Karteros, Amnisos at 8 km. There is an urban connection by bus from KTEL HERAKLION Heraklion Ag. Association and the Station is right next to the house. Direction in our private space
