Our office, located on the Isle of Wight, has a friendly and relaxing environment and we hope our enthusiasm spills over into your holiday experience.

Villa Anastasia has been carefully built making wide use of traditional local stone. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining and sitting area (air-conditioned) opening onto a shaded terrace with panoramic views. On the same floor, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and the main family bathroom are located. The upper floor, where a cozy air-conditioned twin bedroom with beamed ceiling and extra WC is located, is reached via a spiral staircase. (If required an extra child (7th guest) can be accommodated free of charge.) As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
