Property information

A beautifully restored village house, Villa Argiro is a mere 100 m from one of the excellent tavernas that border the shady square in delightful Plaka. High stone walls ensure privacy in the pool and surrounding gardens. The living space is exceptionally spacious, combining modern facilities with lovely stone arches spanning the ceiling. A lovely feature of this Villa is the first floor terrace with sea views between the neighbouring rooftops and gorgeous mountain views.

Neighbourhood information

1 km uphill from the sandy sweep of pretty Almyrida, with its tavernas almost on the sand itself, the village of Plaka, has a mini market and some very good tavernas whose tables and chairs spill out onto the square, bringing it to life in the evenings. Villa Argiro is just a short walk distance from this square. For a change of beach scene, the small resort of Kalyves and Georgioupolis are within easy striking distance. Chania’s Venetian Harbour is 25 kms away and Rethymnon 40 kms.
