Built in a lush green environment (private area of 1000m2 with olive trees, cypresses, flowers and other plants), Villa Bianca (121m2, year of construction 1990, year of renovation 2024) is located very close to the most beautiful beaches of the area (N. Irakleitsa Beach 2km, N. Peramos 4km, Ammolofoi 9km / 2-10 min by car) and just 16km from the city of Kavala. It can accommodate at least 8 people with their pets offering absolute privacy and a range of amenities. Ideal for large groups or families with children. It has 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, living room and verandas.
