Interior The villa covers 90 sq. m. and consists of two floors. The entrance to the villa, the open-plan living room and the fully equipped kitchen make the house ergonomic. More specific, on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, which includes a washing machine and the living room with a corner sofa. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom with a view of the city and the sea has two single beds (80x200cm), which can be made into a double bed upon request. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom with sea view has a double bed (160x200cm). This bedroom has also a private bathroom with shower. Exterior The private garden with the fully equipped pool looks like a private paradise, where you can enjoy your bathing under the Greek sun! The beautiful outdoor table invites you to prepare your own delights and try Cretan Mediterranean cuisine. The villa offers: • Swimming pool (21sqm), fully equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. • Smart TV at the living room(55") and the bedrooms(43"). • Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. • Electric kitchen with oven and microwave. • Kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker(Nespresso). • Fully equipped kitchen (plates, glasses, pots and more). • Hairdryer, iron and ironing board. • Linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided. • Shampoo and shower jell. • Parking space. • For the younger guests, a baby cot and high chair are provided upon request. • Air-condition in all areas is included. • Free Wi-Fi coverage in the whole house. • House cleaning once per week (for 7 nights stay).
