Fantastically beautiful XXL holiday villa with premium equipment, large swimming pool with separate children's pool on a 2,000 square meter garden plot. The villa has a modern Bio Climatic Air System, which keeps the temperature inside the building at a normal level. The villa is located on a hill and offers you a fantastic panoramic view of the vineyards and the surrounding mountain landscape all the way to the sea from the spacious sun terrace. The peaceful and quiet surroundings as well as the privacy offered make Villa Selena an ideal location for summer and winter and an excellent choice for family reunions or groups of friends who want to escape from everyday stress and enjoy a wonderful trip. Your holiday home is in Choudetsi, a small village with taverns and shops, located around 19 kilometers south of the capital Heraklion. It is only a few kilometers to the Vathypetro archaeological site, where you can see one of the oldest wine presses in the world. The complex dates from the late Minoan period and was part of a settlement that stretched over three hills.
