Villa Chreal is a 210 SQM modern villa with all facilities required for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday in Crete. The long (+10 km) sandy beach is only a 5 minutes drive away. It has 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a double bed and 3 on the first floor, of which 2 have double beds, one bedroom has an extra high sleeper with a desk underneath, one has an extra single bed and one bedroom has 2 bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a bath tub and a walk in shower, and on the first floor one with a bath tub. Also included is free WiFi, a 65" Satellite TV and air conditioning in each bedroom, the kitchen and the living area. The Living, Kitchen and Dining area have a modern style with covered verandas with views of the idyllic surroundings. The Living area is equipped with comfortable couches and a 65 inch tv, there is also a pool table for the ones who enjoy the game and a Viking Treadmill. Relaxing on the verandas you can see the villages Episkopi and Archontiki from a distance and the lovely green nature surrounding the villa.

Kavros, now called Paralia Kournas, the nearest tourist beachtown, is less than 6,5 km, where you can find shops, cafeterias, bars, tavernas and supermarkets and access to the beach. The 9 km (6 mi) sandy beach is the main attraction of the area, with Kalyvaki beach on the other side of the river as well. Located on the border of province Chania and Rethymnon, we have the large village Episkopi (Rethymnon) in our view and only 2 km away, where you can find supermarkets and gas stations and some taverns. The small fishing village, Georgioupolis, less than 10 km, is very much a tourist town now, with many cafés, tavernas and small hotels and apartment blocks. The town square has been renovated with fountains and is surrounded by outdoor seating used by tourists enjoying their drinks and ice creams. Nearby Lake Kournas, less than 7 km, is also a popular excursion. Crete’s only freshwater lake, has a perimeter of 3,5 km and a diameter of almost one km. You can find taverns and restaurants overlooking the lake and down at the lake there are more. During the tourist season there are paddle boats, canoes and sunbeds for enjoyment.
