We offer services for home owners and quests. Concerning home owners, we help them manage theirhome and the complicated logistics of every step. Concerning guess, we help them find
the perfect home according to their needs and find solution to every enquiry. Ivacation is
located in Timotheou Venieri 7 str, Rethymnon Crete, licensed by the Greek Tourism Organisation.

Dim Luxury Villa is an impressive newly built, stone villa with private swimming pool just 300 m from the center of the traditional village of Margarites in the prefecture of Rethymno, able to comfortably accommodate up to six people.
The breathtaking view, and the luxuries and careful decoration of the interior promise a dream vacation to its visitor.
- The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg.
- Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival.
Quiet Hours:
Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00
Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30
Please be informed that the pool at the villa will be operational from April 1st to November 30th

VILLA DIM, is 25 km from the center of Rethymnon and just 16 km from the nearest beach. The village of Margarites is one of the most beautiful villages of Crete, with a rich history and a long tradition in the art of pottery. Walk in the alleys of the village and admire the countless decorative ceramics that are everywhere, live up close the experience of processing the clay, by the experts, who in the traditional way make masterpieces.
In the village you will also find a plethora of shops to get what you need during your stay such as, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy and many cafes and taverns with excellent food.
The nearest airport is Nikos Kazantzakis Airport in Heraklion, 70 km away.
