With total privacy, the villa looks out across the sea to the tiny island of Dias and to Zakynthos. If you are looking for a large villa with a large pool, private access to the sea, accommodation on one level (apart from the master bedroom) with a minimum of steps, gardens laid to lawn, peaceful seclusion and a short walk to a local tavern and a sandy beach – villa Dion will tick your boxes. The gardens surround the pool terraces and lead past the Guest House to an orchard of fruit trees and an elaborate outside dining room with a covered barbecue and food preparation area. At the edge of the gardens a flight of steps leads to a rocky cove below, providing for direct and secluded sea access. Sandy Agia Helis beach is just 100 metres away from the villa's rocky cove.
Svoronata is a pretty, sleepy village just one mile inland from the sandy beaches of Ai Helis, Ammes and Avithos on Cephalonia’s south coast. On the outskirts of the village and just above the sea are the large private grounds of Villa Dion.
