Villa Emilios is located in Kalami on the Greek island of Corfu. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms along with private swimming pool and sea views. Entrance is into lobby area. On this floor is the living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as an air conditioned twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. The 1st floor has a Master double bedroom with en suite bath/Jacuzzi, twin bedroom with en suite shower room. You can also access a large sea view balcony with dining furniture on this level. There is a games room with table tennis situated in the basement, as well as a laundry room. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
