Introducing "Villa Etoile Noir " 160 m2– Perched in a superbly panoramic position, and with far-reaching views out over the Cretan sea. Luxury meets tranquility offering breathtaking views of the sparkling waves. The 35m2 private pool , situated just outside the villa, invites guests to immerse themselves in its luring waters. The villa can accommodate comfortably up to 11 people.
- Εvents are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges.
- The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg.
- Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival.
Quiet Hours:
Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00
Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30
