A luxurius built mountain bioclimatic villa, ideal for both summer or winter holidays or longer rental. It is placed on a mountainous relaxing private environment full of trees, it has a very nice blossoming garden of its own and it has a very unique view of the heart of the exquisite mountainous character of the island. Since 2018, a major renovation was completed to tranform Villa Filaretos to a bioclimatic property. Specificaly, we invested in the villas external envelope to achieve natural cooling at summer and heating at winter, compared to air conditioning and consuming oil, not only for energy saving, economic and environmental benefits, but also constitutes a different approach, having as its goal, human comfort and well-being. Air - condition device is available upon request to meet guests needs. Other actions have been taken also to minimize villas energy imprint and others will follow. People of Villa Filaretos love nature and act to best preserve it.
