My dear guests, my name is Mari and I am Cretan. Growing up with all Greek and Cretan values I have highly developed the feeling of hospitality and communication. My 5 year experience abroad of Master education in International Business following my working experience in a consistent multicultural environment, made me understand better the different cultures which was so challenging but really exciting for me. My first degree was completed in UOC in Thessaloniki, Greece, in International and European Economics. My experience in hospitality is strong as I have been working in our family hotel business since I was very young. Therefore my involvement in the hospitality of villa industry came along naturally, after my family decided to rebuilt a heritage of ours in Kare village, creating an one of a kind Cretan villa! The small and quiet settlement of Kare Village, with its 110 friendly inhabitants is located at an altitude of 460m at the foot of Mount Vrysinas, at the edge of a valley of olive trees. During past times , Ancient greeks were using this well known sacred tree by cutting a simple olive branch, offering it as a unique prize of struggle or a token of gratitude.
