The villa and the swimming pool is fully private. Every bedroom in the villa has a private bathroom with a small jacuzzi.
Every room has A/C.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern technology. Also, a washing machine is available in the villa.
Home cinema, 32" tv, radio and satellite are available in the living room for your pleasure.
Also, there is an available cable to connect your mp3 and your computer to enjoy your movies and songs.
Wifi is free and available in the villa.
In the same area with of the property has a small garden where all our renters can go and grab some fresh vegetables and prepare salads.
Parking is private and the gate of the villa is automatic. The house is also accessible for people with disabilities.
Every three days we offer housekeeping. When the renters arrive to the villa we will give a schedule with all the routines of the villa and infom you about the facilities in the area.
My home is five minutes away from the villa and i'm available all the time. I will give you information and suggestions for everything in the area.
Liapades is a picturesque village with friendly and quiet people.
Taverna, mini market, snack bar are accessible by foot.
The central beach of Liapades is 800 meters away from the villa.
From the beach you can rent a boat and discover 10 beautiful beaches in the area where are accessible only by boat . Also, if you like hiking you can have access to some of those beaches from the mountain.
Liapades also is a good point to explore all the Island because of the geographical point.
