The charming Pine Villa Complex is nestled amongst nature’s bounty in Pefkos area. Ideally situated near the beach, offers magnificent views of the blue Aegean Sea and the mountain.
The spot is excellent as guests can enjoy both a sense of privacy and relaxation and at the same time the opportunity to be in the shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. The villas provide to their guests the peace and comfort needed far from the noise but close to the lively spots.
The complex consists of three totally independent villas with wonderful views from each level. Each residence is built in a plot of 1500 sq. m. The construction is of excellent quality and aesthetics with comfortable spaces. The stone walls add to the charm of the villas. The interiors are very bright and the materials are of very good quality. Furniture, bathroom accessories, kitchen cabinets and closets in the bedrooms are all carefully selected of highest standards.
Ideal for families, group of friends and couples the Pine Villas offer a private pool with sun loungers, Jacuzzi, garden area and barbecue facilities, a fireplace and a private parking area. In addition, there is an outdoor dining area.
