All our guests are being offered on the arrival, a welcome package: fruits, water, breakfast, lunch or dinner (food in a fridge) included in the price. Also arrival transfer is upon request, after providing us with the flight details. Clients' service is available on 24hour basis and always within our best spirit!

KATRIN SEA VIEW 3-BDR VILLA PRIVATE POOL (max.occ. – 6+1chd) Villa Description: New villa Katrin is located in the Gouves area in a private villa complex, 700 meters from the center of the area with its infrastructure. Detached fenced plot with a total area of 350m2. Villa – 120 m2. The villa has a garden, swimming pool, barbecue with outdoor furniture, Parking. The sandy beaches of Gouves are 2.5 km away. Villa: 2 floors. Sea and mountain views. Air conditioning in all rooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace (plasma TV-satellite TV, Russian channels), a safe, a fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom with a bathroom (shower / wc). A small auxiliary storage room. Terrace with access to the garden and pool. On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms with balconies offering amazing views of the sea and mountains, one spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Internet is free and cleaning 2 times a week is included in the price.
