Brand new luxury Villa. Vary large living rooms and open plan kitchen. Amazing views over Sauda Bay. Perfect sunset location. Large infinity pool with shallow baby area. Extensive grounds and gardens. Large BBQ area with outdoor eating area. Separate Cinema room with 75inch TV, playstation, Amazon, Netflix (ideal for teans) 3 master bedrooms with ensuit facilities. Family bedroom with 2 double beds. 2 further bedrooms with flexible beds (double/singles) 5 bathrooms in total Luxury kitchen with latest coffee facilities Computing and printing facilities Plenty of secure parking A short (5 minute walk to local restaurant and shop) 5 minute drive to Restaurants of Plaka and beaches of Almyrida
Kokino Chorio is a beautiful village with a spectacular view over sauda bay. There is a lovely greek restaurant 100m from the villa (Zorbas). Greek night with music and dancing on a Sunday night. Local shop 150m stocks everything you are likely to need for your stay. Plaka and Almyrida are a 10 minute drive away with many restaurants and beautiful beach.
