Villa Kerkyroula is located in Krouzeri on the Greek island of Corfu. This detached property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with private swimming pool and sea views. The villa is walking distance to the beach. On the ground floor (pool level) is an air conditioned double bedroom with balcony, en suite bathroom with shower and an air conditioned twin bedroom with bacony, en suite bathroom. The 1st floor consists of an open plan dining room and kitchen which lead out to a dining terrace and barbecue area overlooking the pool. There is a further air conditioned twin bedroom with en suite shower room and separate W/C. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
