The villa resides in the area of Volimes, just 250m from the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos.There you will find a super market for your daily groceries, atm, gas station, as well as car and boat rentals. The area offers a lot of restaurants where you will taste traditional local dishes. The distance from the harbor, the airport and the city of Zante is 32km. The location of the property is an ideal starting point for exploring the wonderful beaches of the island. Some of the closer ones are Madrakia(150m), Agios Nikolaos(300m), Vathi Lagadi(900m), Kremmidi(2,8km), Makrys Gialos(3,2km), Ksigia(5km) and the world-famous Shipwreck beach(12km). In many of the island beaches you will enjoy cold drinks at cosmopolitan beach bars, do water sports or rent a boat. The island combines an intense nightlife and cosmopolitan seaside establishments with numerous natural and cosmopolitan sights. Take a walk at St. Marcus square, visit the Vetzageio folklore museum and the Venetian castle that stands above the city of Zante.
