Villa Kosta Mare combines all the elements for an enjoyable and unforgettable vacation. The villa boasts amazing sea views, a great decoration in the interior as well as amazing outdoor area. From the private pool and the heated jacuzzi to the BBQ facilities the villa will certainly satisfy even the most demanding guests, along with a bathroom that features Hammam facilities for the wellness lovers to enjoy endless hours of relaxation. Furthermore Villa Kosta Mare is very close to a sandy beach and shops and restaurants! Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed No events allowed Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.

Neighbourhood information

Villa Kosta Mare features an amazing location as it is within walking distance to a playground and cafe. Also a mini market, a fish shop, a taverna and a bakery all located in Atsipopoulo, are just a short drive away (less that 5 minutes). The sandy beach of Gerani is also very close, 6 minutes away by car. It's a relatively small beach and it is slightly organised with a few umbrellas and taverns. Moreover, a small harbour and the picturesque church of Panagia Kamariani are located nearby. Some meters south of the beach, you can visit is the cave of Gerani, one of the most important of Crete, which was discovered accidentally during the construction of the main road. In village of Gerani, you could walk in the picturesque narrow streets and visit the church of St George the rest smaller churches.
