Villa Koukouvayia is a stone villa, it stands alone overlooking the hills of Lythakia near Agalas village. The villa is surrounded by countryside, hills, olive trees and vine groves. The villa is suitable for families and groups, it is completely isolated so no disturbance from neighbours or traffic and is not under any flight path. The views at night are amazing showing the clear night skies. Many different areas of seating all around the property and ideal of outdoor dining in the warm greek evenings.
Tasos is from Kalamaki in Zakynthos and enjoys the sea, gardening and building projects.
Villa Koukouvayia is situated alone on a hill and is inbetween Lythakia and Agalas. It is the perfect escape surrounded by nature with plenty of peace and quiet. It is near a few resorts, the popular Keri and also Agios Sostis. It is the perfect base to explore new areas unpopulated by tourism and an easy route to the North areas of the island where you can find secluded beaches and the famous Navagio Shipwreck.
