Hello there, I am Manos, owner, and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was actually born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study at Rhodes’ Tourism School and, later on, when I decided to start my own business in the sector. One thing I learned growing up in a family-run hotel is that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics, and operations. It is a culture, passed down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable. I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveler, I expect nothing less myself. The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow in my steps as I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, and better (big smile). Traditional architectural design villa Leonanto is a recently renovated house transformed into an ambient, relaxing and peaceful guest house. Amazing landscape and sea views are available while sitting on the terrace, only a few meters from the swimming pool. Live in the village of Kastellos only a few min drive from the sea and feel the Cretan way of life and countryside. On top of a hillside, villa Leonanto was built in 1905 and it was renovated in 2016. It has a prevalence of wood and stone with marvelous architecture as the original Cretan houses once did. All modern comforts have been added without falling short of the basic Cretan house design, which will offer you a true Cretan living experience during your vacation stay in Crete. It has a 250 sqm terrace with barbeque and furniture outside. The pool is 20 sqm, and it has five wooden sunbeds with two tables and umbrellas. The house can accommodate up to 8 people in its two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom and there is also one extra bed available by the kitchen. The living area is elegantly decorated with cozy wooden furniture, it has internet WIFI and air-conditioning. The house has three plasma TVs available and A/C in each bedroom for your convenience. The kitchen is minimal in design and it is equipped with 4 ring stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and more. Villa's bedrooms have safes and secure parking is available as well.

Kastellos village is a peaceful place with welcoming people and amazing greenish surroundings and it is located only 10 min drive from the nearest sandy beach. The nearest beach is the organized beach of Georgioupolis which is the largest in Crete (13 Km of sand). Georgioupolis attracts many tourists during the summer and it has many shops, bars, and restaurants. If you want more, Kastellos village is between the two large cities of Chania and Rethymno within a 20-30 min drive. Both of them have Venetian-style harbors, old towns to walk through, and vivid nightlife.
