Heated pool will be ready in bookings for 2020 -extra fee (please ask us for further information) It is 100 meters away from the sandy beach of Lygaria, 4 km from Agia Pelagia and 20 km west from city of Heraklion which is the capital of Crete island.This magnificent two-storey villa is built in an amphitheatrical way, overlooking the Lygaria beach giving a dazzling view of the horizon. The villa offers a lovely courtyard with flowers and patio furniture that is complemented with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area. It is ideal for small families or couples and it offers private parking spots.The villa has an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and large windows with gorgeous views of the sea. There are 2 bathrooms. Also, there is an outdoor shower by the pool area.In the village of Lygaria you can find a cafe, very nice taverns that also offer fresh fish, a supermarket and a private scuba diving school!

very quite and safe neighbor. In summer the beach is visited by lots of people . However at night it gets a lot quieter. Great Tavernas (open all day until 1am at night), market and cafes 8 min walk from the villa.
