Η Villa Loukia βρίσκεται στα Σπαρτιά ένα γραφικό χωριό με 2 μινι μαρκετ και εστιατόρια, είναι μία παραθαλάσσια καταπράσινη περιοχή 14 χλμ έξω από το Αργοστόλι περίπου 12' λεπτά μακριά από το κέντρο του και 12' λεπτά μακριά από το μοναδικό στο νησί αεροδρόμιο. Είναι ένα παραδοσιακό σπίτι με άνετους εσωτερικούς χώρους, ευήλιο και μεγάλο κήπο με γρασίδι και λουλούδια. Διαθέτει μεγάλη πισίνα, μεγάλο πετρινο μπάρμπεκιου,ιδιωτικό γκαράζ και πανέμορφη θέα.

Τα Σπαρτιά είναι ένα όμορφο καταπράσινο παραθαλάσσιο χωριό στη νότια πλευρά του νησιού 14 χλμ από το Αργοστόλι. Ο κάμπος του είναι γεμάτος αμπέλια,οπωροφόρα δεντρα και ελιές . Υπάρχει μια πανέμορφη γραφικη παραλία 3 λεπτά μακριά από το σπίτι όπως και εστιατόρια και μίνι μαρκετ Υπάρχει τοπικό λεωφορείο με δρομολόγια από και προς το Αργοστόλι καθημερινά.Είναι απαραίτητο όμως το αυτοκίνητο για τις μετακινήσεις.Το αεροδρόμιο βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 12´με το αυτοκίνητο ενώ το λιμάνι του Πόρου είναι 50' μακριά.
