Single family home in Atheras with gated private drive and garden. This cozy property can sleep up to 2 adults. It is two kilometers from a beautiful beach which hosts 2 traditional tavernas. The home is walking distance from the village park, square, and two town shops offering refreshments and basic essentials. Perfect for a vacation with all the comforts of home, in a quiet, serene village; ideal for relaxation.
As host, I am available to guests upon request for any needs you may have that I am able to help with.
The villa is walking distance from the town square and park. Also, Lucia is close to two shops offering basic essentials, coffee and one of which offers food in the evening. We are 2 kilometers from the beautiful Atheras bay which is child friendly and boasts 2 amazing tavernas serving traditional Greek dishes and of course, fresh fish of the day. The village is also home to two churches which hold services and celebrations in their honor. Villa Lucia is located north of the Paliki area, about 14 kilometers from the town of Lixouri. A car is essential for a stay at Villa Lucia, as public transportation is not available.
