A beautiful and cozy house in the most beautiful beach of Lefkada. Agios Ioannis beach is famous for wind/kite surfing and is only 5 minutes driving from the centre of the town (bars, restaurants, market) and the yacht marina. Small and cozy house with big garden (natural environment). The house is very modern and comfortable. The rooms have big windows, so you can hear the sea. In the living room, there is a fireplace that makes the house ideal for winter as well. There is also a place that you can have a shower outside. It has two bedrooms, (sleeps 4-6), two full bathrooms, plus outdoor shower with hot water and kitchen - seating area. Ideal for four-legged friends, since it is located in an acre of land, for children of all ages, and for those who want peace and privacy.
