My name is Theofilos, i work as a lawyer in Thessaloniki, the second biggest city in Greece and i live in the residence, so i am almost always there to help you with anything you might need.

Property information

The apartments are 1 meter from the beach, in a quiet neighbourhood, very good for families with kids and couples. 3000 square meters garden place with barbecue, ping pong table and playground for the children. Nikiti's center is just 400m away.

Neighbourhood information

It'a a nice and populated area, yet is very quiet and optimal for relaxation. Many places to eat and drink, pizza house, mini market, restaurants and more to explore. There is a beach bar close to the property to relax. There are watersports available at 100m.
