Villa Nadia is only 60m. away from the beach (1-2 min on foot through a private path full of trees). It is also 1min. away on foot from a big hotel. There you can have the facilities of the resort, swimming pool, sunbeds, pool service etc. ( most times free of charge). It also provides watersports. The house is located in a guarded complex of independent houses with a big private yard and parking. Everything is new and it is fully equipped. It is ideal for couples to relax and families because children have a lot of space to play and run free. Another privilege of our house is that you stay in a small and quiet paradise with all the amenities but at the same time you are too close to all the facilities and the renowned crowded places of Chalkidiki (Posidi approximately 10 kms, Paliouri with its magnificent sandy beaches 15kms, Chanioti and Pefkohori 8-12 kms by an easy road through the mountain etc). Nea Skioni is a village approximately 3klm away and has everything you might need. By night you can choose to stay home and relax in our sunbeds watching a movie in our 100 inch projector or have a drink at the hotel near the house.
