Villa Natura is an impressive three-storey villa with an attic and a panoramic sea view of a total area of 250 m², built on a plot of 2000 m², with a 40 m² swimming heated (with extra charge) pool that offers its guests absolute relaxation and luxurious comforts. It can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people in beds and up to 16 if necessary. Villa Natura is located in the area of Three Monasteries, just 4 km from the center of Rethymno and has direct access to the main road of the island so that you can easily visit all the points of interest. Enjoy your vacation in a well-kept space with comfort and affordable luxury. - Εvents are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival. Quiet Hours: Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00 Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30 Please be informed that the pool heating is not included in the price it will be turned-on on request with and extra charge of 70euro per day, the villa will be operational from April 1st to November 30th
