Tsoukalades is nestled between green hills and the deep blue sea, just minutes away from some of the island’s most beautiful beaches. Peukoulia Beach is 3 km away, Agios Nikitas 4.5 km, and Kathisma Beach 6.5 km. Lefkada also offers charming villages, local tavernas, and plenty of opportunities for hiking, boating, and water sports.

In August 2025, we took over the beautiful villa from its previous owner, Nondas, and are excited to continue welcoming guests. The wonderful reviews are a great motivation for us, and we will do everything we can to ensure our guests feel completely at home.

The villa is located in Tsoukalades, a quiet and charming village in the south of Lefkada. Within just a few minutes’ walk from the house, you can reach cozy tavernas, cafés, and small shops where you can enjoy local specialties.
Lefkada is famous for its stunning beaches: Peukoulia Beach is only about 3 km away, Agios Nikitas around 4.5 km, and Kathisma Beach approximately 6.5 km. Other popular beaches, such as Milos or Gira, are also easily accessible.
Lefkada Town is only 10–15 minutes by car and offers beautiful streets, restaurants, bars, and shops. From here, all the island’s highlights can be easily explored – from hidden bays and viewpoints to cultural attractions.
Whether you are looking for peace and relaxation or want to explore the island actively, Tsoukalades is the perfect starting point for your holiday on Lefkada.
