About the Villa: Welcome to Villa Oasis, a newly built, fully equipped private retreat just a short drive from Chania. Nestled in a peaceful location with stunning mountain views, this 190m² villa sits on a spacious 1500m² plot and is designed to offer a relaxed and comfortable stay for up to 9 guests. The villa features five bedrooms (3 double beds and 3 single beds), bright open spaces, and modern amenities to make you feel at home. Whether you're traveling as a family or a group of friends, you'll enjoy the balance of privacy and togetherness that the layout provides. Also,Our villa is powered by solar energy, ensuring an eco-friendly vacation without compromising on comfort. Step outside to a brand-new private pool (4m x 8m, max depth 1.5m) perfect for cooling off under the Cretan sun and enjoy the large outdoor area with lounge spots, a BBQ patio, and serene surroundings. PLEASE NOTE: For bookings of up to 5 guests, only the main villa is used (2 double beds and 1 semi-double bed). For groups of 6 to 9 guests, an additional newly built and fully furnished lower-level space is opened, offering 2 more bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds), a private bathroom, Smart TV, A/C, free Wi-Fi, and beautiful views. This space is connected to the main villa via an internal staircase. Kindly note that one of the two bedrooms in the lower-level space (the one with two single beds) does not have a window. While fully functional and comfortable, this room may not offer the same natural light as the others something we believe is important to share for full transparency.
